Thanksgiving weekend is here

Tomorrow will be Turkey Day and the traditional start to the holiday shopping season. We hope you'll take a look at what we've got at MLB and see if you can't fill some spots on your list with our unique offerings.

Thanksgiving is also a time to take a look at what we have and give thanks for it.

In our house, the top of the list is Mary Alice's health. As many of you are aware she's been through a rather difficult health crisis and while she's got a ways to go the worst is behind us. For that, we're very thankful.

We also have to note our fabulous customers who have been with us during the past 16 years. Your loyalty and continued support is an inspiration to us all year long.

We also must note the contribution of our talented and hardworking staff who, especially in the last few months, have really risen above and beyond to keep things moving in the face of a number of challenges including our transition to ISBN-13, development of the new website and preparation for the holiday season.

This Just In

Soon after the new website went live we began to hear from customers about the New Arrivals page. Many felt it was too long so that one had to flip through many pages to see the new books.
