Coffee & Crime breakfast, starting at 10 am
Debut author Charles J. LeBeau puts his background as a CIA employee to good use in his thriller Collision of Evil.
LeBeau retired from the CIA after 25 years including postings in Germany where the book takes place. An American tourist, walking in the Bavarian Alps, stumbles across a cave filled with mysterious crates. Soon afterward he is murdered and his brother comes to collect the body but also to await the results of the police investigation. LeBeau mixes elements of the past and present in this well written thriller that keeps up the pace from start to finish.
