2009 Anthony Award Nominees
Bouchercon, the World Mystery Convention, has announced the winners for the 2009 Anthony Awards, honoring the best first mystery novel, best novel and best paperback original mystery published in 2008.
The Anthony Awards, named for long-time mystery critic for NY Times Anthony Boucher, were presented during Bouchercon at the Anthony Awards Brunch, October 17, 2009. Bouchercon attendees made the nominations; the Anthonys was selected at the convention by all convention attendees.
