2003 Anthony Award Winners and Nominees
Bouchercon, the World Mystery Convention, has announced the winners
of the 2003 Anthony Awards, honoring the best first mystery novel, best novel,
best paperback original, best
non-fiction, best short story, and best juvenile/young adult mystery published
in 2002.
The Anthony Awards, named for long-time mystery critic for NY Times Anthony
Boucher, were presented during Bouchercon at the Anthony Awards Banquet, October
19, 2003. Bouchercon attendees made the nominations; the Anthonys will be selected at the
convention by all convention attendees.
